Terry began his career as an advertising and marketing specialist after graduating from Kent State University with a Batchelor of Science degree. After working for a number of large national ad agencies, he opened Scott Advertising, Inc. in the mid-1980’s. The Agency was named by Advertising Age as one of the top 100 creative boutiques in America.
In the 1990’s, Terry joined Hasbro, Inc. as Global Head of Brand Creative Services managing a diverse team of over 700 internationally based creatives with a division budget of over $1.7 billion. At the same time, Terry went on to attend Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
In addition to his award-winning creative skills, Terry is a nationally recognized futurist working on projects for the National Endowment for the Arts, US Economic Development Agency and other multi-national corporations. A resident since 2012, Terry sits on a number of boards including The International Toy Museum and IGC in Chicago.
Both he and his wife Randi, a forensic archeologist, are active members of the Benicia volunteer community. Terry currently sits as Chair of the Benicia Arts and Culture Commission; Chair of the Public Art Committee; member of Benicia Strong; member of Benicia Arts Now; was a co-founder of the Thank You Essential Service Worker program last year; and is active in a long list of additional Benicia and Solano County organizations.
David has a confident award-winning aptitude in rapidly understanding market opportunities, strategically aligning product, relations and partners to build profitable companies, products, and services across targeted industries for scalable expansion and sustainability.
Skilled in developing world class operations in rapid growth environments. Experienced in negotiating international and domestic partnerships and in successfully navigating complex strategic deals.
He also sits on a number local and nationally recognized Boards and committees to support leadership and sustainable growth.
David was a thought-leader and spoke nationally with diverse experience throughout the healthcare industry for over twenty-five years. In 2017 and 2018 he was named in the top 100 worldwide professionals who are leading the intellectual and technology charge to improve individual’s identity, security and privacy throughout the world.
Kristine’s professional background is in Interior Design, she has owned KPSID (Kristine Passalacqua Studio of Interior Design) for the last 40 years. 17 years of that, she taught and ran the interior design department at Solano Community College. Kristine represented interior design on the California Statewide Advisory Committee for over 10 years, was a member of the Student Career Forum for 15 years and a member of the Northern California Interior Design Consortium for 13 years. A member of NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) and ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
Locally, Kristine has been a member of the Benicia Chamber of Commerce for over 33 years, she was the chair for the education committee, an ambassador, and served as an advisor during the design and construction of the Chamber of Commerce building at their present location.
Kristine was a Soroptimist for over 10 years, has been an active member of the St Dominic’s Conference of St Vincent de Paul and for the past 6 years has served as President. She is passionate about Benicia and its people, loves spending time with family and friends, entertaining, gardening, and cooking.
Steven began his public accounting career in 2005 after graduating from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Professional Accounting. He has gained experience in a wide variety of accounting services since then.
Steven specializes in tax compliance for individuals and small businesses. He also provides valuable tax planning and accounting services to his clients to meet their personal and business goals. Steven also has extensive experience in forensic accounting, using his investigative skills to uncover the financial facts of a situation. He is a business valuation expert and has earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Steven is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. While not working he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the community.
Kathy is currently Project Manager and Labor Compliance Officer for California at WSP USA, Inc., formerly Parsons Brinckerhoff. She performs consulting engineering work on public works project nationwide. Kathy’s role is to monitor and ensure the projects are compliant with Local, State and Federal laws as they relate to public works.
A few of her projects include the Carquinez Bridge, California High Speed Rail, BART Warm Springs Extension and San Francisco Airport projects.
She has worked as consultant with public works clients for most of her career. Kathy’s education includes AA/Computer Science, BS/Business Administration and Masters/Public Administration.
Donna is an author, speaker, and the founder of Balanced Living. A professional training and coaching organization specializing in the field of human potential. In her 3 decades as a global consultant in the wellness industry, she has designed and presented hundreds of workshops and seminars transforming lives in both the personal and professional realms.
In addition to her own programs, Donna is a Heartmath Certified Trainer and has been a licensed Heartmath coach/mentor since 2007. Focusing on emergent Integrative wellness solutions Donna provides you with personal tools and techniques for customized health management by supporting energetic balance, stress reduction, resilience training and capacity building.
As a long standing Board member of the Non-Profit Heartmath Institute, her sense of stewardship aligns with their global mission of “Activating the Hearts of Humanity” Also a founding leader of Regenrus, a social impact community and aspiring Benefit Corporation, she is passionate about empowering others to be the change they seek and thrive fully in their lives, while being the light on the path of Business as a Force for good
A bay area native, Donna came to Benicia in 1984. Donna owned a successful fitness franchise and was an active member of both the Chamber of Commerce and Soroptimist. As a mother and grandmother she was also involved in various facets our community over the decades, and appreciates the realities of small town living.
Donna takes a heart centric approach to life and believes that “True care – is care in action”
